As I Said Before - Sounds Like Bush 1 Retread

It was dumped for a good reason. I didn't support it due to the high cost and deficits then and I certainly can't support it now knowing that a trillion dollar cost is ridiculous. I would have supported it in 1990 if we hadn't been running big deficits, but I know better now. I hope that the cost and the level of Moon involvement are being exaggerated in the stupid press fashion Gary mentioned.
