There may we water deposits on them as well.

Who knows at this point what the mission possibilities are.

Don't you think it is a little early to lock ourselves into a single mission profile? Hell, we haven't even funded the new spaceship design that will get us to low Earth orbit...It surely won't be the shuttle.
