I have seen several accounts in DEBKAfile on the WMD. This is just the most recent. I'll believe it when I see it.
Right now, the administration is highly cautious on this subject, and officially does not believe that there are any Iraqi weapons in Syria. Other sources, like retired general James Clapper from the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (now the NGA), still says that a lot of things were trucked out of Iraq into Syria just prior to the beginning of the war. Of course, he has no proof of what was in the trucks.
My own take on it is that it is a lot more likely that such things are buried somewhere in Iraq. I personally can't see Saddam trusting Syria, although an ally, with this kind of thing.
