Kucinich and Dean support space exploration

Kucinich was one of the congressional co-sponsors of the "Space Exploration Act, 2003", Nick Lampson's bill. Unfortunately sponsored only by Democrats this year; it was basically the same call for a redirection at NASA as Bush's proposal seems to be (from rumor so far) - the budget allocation was only $250 million rather than the rumored $800 million though.
