Been there, bought that...
A couple months ago I addressed my domestic and business backup requirements with a 500 Gb external drive. It was such a good deal (A$500), that I bought 4 of them - one for each partner in our consultancy. For a while, I had a couple of terrabytes sitting in my room before I handed out the goodies.
Storage is cheap, all hail the god of data!
