I am working on the Canadian Orbital Skyhook Infrastructure (COSI), also known generically as an Airborne Rendezvous Momentum Exchange Electrodynamic Reboost (ARMXER) system. It's under continuous development.

Is the air breathing space shuttle concept dead? I hope not. The specific impulse of an air breathing engine far exceeds that of a rocket. This permits a much smaller and less expensive craft. I know… (n/t) - David F Mayer - 1/13/2004 7:14:07 PM
