All The Time Larry
It's what I do for a living. Cutting waste and finding more efficient ways of doing things. What appears impossible for you to grasp or admit, but is easy for me to see is that resource availability does not mean automatic equivalent ease of use. All discussions along these lines are either ignored by you or beyond your grasp. I doubt it is the latter. I have never claimed the Moon does not have resources. I have stated that they are far fewer and harder to use. That's my field not yours so your "my aerospace eaperience" line means squat to me on this issue.
