The name "HabitableZone" is just a name.
It should be more like "intellectually bumblimg idiots and right-wing idealogues dancing around conservative leftists and pragmatists, salt and peppered with a few normal individuals with good opinions, and finished off with a few breaths of fresh air".
Some of us have been here for years, and it's our turf. We come here to share, to cajole, to get in your face, to unload, to be outrageous and get outraged. And we're not all that smart, but some of us are pretty sharp. Everyone is passionate. But we ARE a good cross section of dedicated posters on various subjects.
And Todd took a swipe at you, when you were only pointing out a reality. It's a form of hazing. And he's just small peanuts over here and most everyone ignores him.
The really good posters come and go, they get frustrated with the idealogues. But they return in time. Perhaps some other turf would be better for you. We're sorta stuck with this one.
