The obsession with taxing the rich more - while undertaxing everyone else - is a loser long term.
Already in the US too many pay $0 in taxes and suck out huge piles of cash. It is the highest form of bigotry to tax one group at the exclusion of others, and no amount of statistical massage will hide this truth for long. When Robinhood makes the foest unsafe, those with resourcs to do so go around it. Sort of like Soros getting around campaign finance laws.
As for the Bush ownership of the Republican party, I remember no title transfer, and I will wager no one else does either. The chances of Jeb running for Pres. are tiny and if by 'Bush crony' you mean someone who they know, well they know a lot of people. But then you have an agenda of criminalizing the Republican party, so I guess that is a big issue for you.
