A few more random thoughts.
Funding for faith base charities. Taking "a thousand points of light" a little further?
Promoting abstinence to prevent STD's? That's a nice thought but "not gonna happen"
Renewing the patriot act? Not totally sure. I don't think the war on terrorism, as we are fighting it, will end. If there is no end to the war in sight, we might be forced to accept it.
Lastly, I have a few Canadian friends. Even though Canada did not send troops to Iraq, I think they should have been mentioned for their contribution and sacrifice in Afghanistan.
