Some numbers

Centrifugal acceleration=A=.38*g=3.7 m/s^2=4*r*(pi)^2/T^2

where r is the radius of rotation and T is the period of rotation
T=34/60=.57 s

rewriting to solve for r gives:
r=A*(T^2)/(4*pi^2)=(1.2/39.4) m=3 cm?!
Something is very odd here- the radius of rotation is 3 cm?!

ASSUMING that my numbers aren't off due to sleep deprivation, I don't see how they can do it with 34 RPM and achieve .38 g....
