the Democrats do it all the time with Bush's tax cut proposals...the old "It'll cost X Billion over the next 10 years..." argument...
How many Trillions is the budget for Social Security if we project it out over the next 15+ Years...
Heck, if we project out enough years in advance, even the National endowment for the arts has a "100 Billion dollar budget".
