Flame » in reply to Is knee-jerk hate driving the Romney agitprop machine?

Yeah, I'm watching the media circling the wagons around their hero today.

Romney was grilled at his press conference. Obama took no questions at his. As one person said today, "the media is the defense attorney for the left, and the prosecutor for those on the right."

Only an idiot would think it was a coincidence that we had two embassies attacked on 9/11, and an ambassador killed along with two other Americans. Or that somehow it was all about some video nobody had heard of before then. As for "what could anybody have done," this is not something that happened overnight. Egypt and Libya took a long time to fall into the hands of Islamists.

I see a lot of parallels with 1979-1980, but that's just my opinion.

An attack on an embassy used to be an act of war.
