This Is A Ramble Not A Reply
My post which you gave the url to was specifically directed at how Oberg's comments supported mine in opposition to Larry's which you denied. I can't see how this reply is relevant to that post.
If you go back to my earlier post you will see that I changed my opinion based on Oberg's comments. Something you would find hard to do since you failed to notice the ones supporting past comments I've made which contradict your favored position.
I agree Bush's plan is very nebulous and leaves lots of room for interpretation.
