HELP ME PLEASE!!!!! (VIRUS WOES)

There are several viruses going around... I am always careful and NEVER open attachments in email unless I KNOW they are safe...

I use my home email account primarily for exchanging files from work... in fact the only email I have opened at home in the past 2 weeks are files I sent myself from work... We have an excellent virus protection system at work so I am sure I couldnt have sent myself a virus- I never get email from unknown people on my home account- however, this morning I have 2 odd emails, here is the first:

This was titled "Virus alert"

The mail message you sent to citcustomerservicecenter@pfizer.com contains a virus (WORM_MIMAIL.R) in the file document.zip. Please cleanse this file before sending. If you have any questions, contact your local system administrator

Now, I do have a relative at pfizer, but I never sent an email to any pfizer address- My "sent items" shows no such email ever was sent...

the second email I got was the MyDoom virus, sent from an address I never saw before and had the text: "The message cannot be represented in 7-bit ASCII encoding and has been sent as a binary attachment." I knew about this virus before I got the email and so did not open the attachment "test.zip"

Does the first email mean that I somehow got a virus?
