I got one too from the pfizer domain. After I ran scans, looked into the Norvag worms attributes and looked into any stmp histories, my diagnosis was that my email address was spoofed by a worm in someone elses system.
Think of it this way. Who do we both know at pfizer who would have both of our emails on his computer? I'll give you three guesses and the first two don't count.
