Probably, but you gotta give it a try.

Results should be good in the polar regions, penetrating clean ice.

Elsewhere, we'll see some things. They hope we'll see liquid water at 1-2 km. I think they're smoking strange stuff.

(They think I am, too. I say Mars is frozen to 10 km)
