Why do some say only the SHUTTLE can save Hubble?

Why do some say only the SHUTTLE can save Hubble? I've heard that Orbital Recovery (Walt Anderson's latest) and Constellation Services (for which ProSpace allegedly lobbies, only without paying taxes for such for-profit work) are capable of rescuing Hubble, too.
