I'm interested in NASA's results, sure, but right now I want the DATA. They've run everything they got (not the rat) on that great outcrop and my guess is that they are confused by the results. I've recently learned that there are difficulties discerning silicates and sulfates by these means. As some have said, they want to get this right. Also, they've all been working hard and by all means deserve the many publications they'll be writing for years. I look forward to reading them.
But right now I just want the data.
I also want to know how hard the outcrop is. I'd smash it with my rock hammer if I could but I guess I'd have to wait for the rat. (I'll bet it is soft, 'cept for the sphereoids.)
