Years ago, those of us trying to privatize space hoped we would be able to do it before the government got its claws into us. Fortunately for all of us, the Internet took off before the government knew what was happening. Doesn't look like the private launch industry is going to be that lucky.
If private space ends up overseas, this will be one reason why.
