By the way...
Took a closer look at that map. The bright colors are nice, but if you look past them to the percentages, there really isn't that much of a spread on the high end once you get past Mississippi. Is Texas (39 percent) that much worse than California (37 percent?) You have to get halfway down the list of states before the percentage drops below 35. New York is in that group.
