Where are you getting your numbers?
It seems several orders of magnitude off !!!
I would say somnething like 100th the science for 100th the costs.
A person at either MER site would have many of the questions asked here answered already several times over and would be on to new ones. And would have covered a few square miles already!
All the things a robot brings to the mission can be brought by a human with all the instruments that a robot would carry on a cart.
