What would they be doing if they found liquid water?

What would they be doing if they found proof positive that there was liquid water on Mars? Answer: Shouting about it from roof tops, arranging press conferences, producing news releases about clear implications of biology on Mars, ringing bells, sounding gongs.... Are any of these things happening?
