If Bush does anything besides ignore it ocmpletely, it will be a mistake.
Let Kerry continue to dwell in the past...it fits the rest of his ideas. It is easier for him pontificate about the past than to deal with the present or to lead into the future.
The letter needs to be filed in the round file.
