Space/Science » in reply to Implications of "enormous" sulfur content?

A hot springs analog. Those who have visited a natural spa/hotspring, please air your experiences.

You know, if those weren't MI images of that crater bedrock,
I would swear they were taken at some hotspring.
Reminsce, boy! Reminsce!
When I was a 20 years younger, still living in British Columbia,
I frequented Ainsworth hotsprings in that part of Canada.
The sulfur-rich mineral/rockwalls at that hotspring resembled those worn,
rounded micro geo-formations found on Mars.
The only two major differences? One on earth; one on Mars and
what I saw at that hotspring was easily visible to my naked eye; those Opportunity rover images are microscopic.
Tell me, Raoul! Do the hotsprings in Spa, Belgium reveal such exotic geology?
