Romney dug himself a deep hole with that video. There's more than one seriously damaging statement in there. Kicking the ball down the field in Mideast peace efforts? How's that for leadership?
Mitt can certainly turn it around with a strong debate and a number of weeks without mistakes. He might get lucky and have a mini-crisis to exploit, more smoothly than the last I would guess.
