All the stuff we have landed on Mars would not over crowd an average residential home lot
Mars looks tiny from earth, but it is really pretty big.
As to microbes it is still very likely that those bugs, if they were able to live, would be the only living things on Mars.
Are we polluting Mars? Only in the wackjob sense that anything we do is pollution.
