Her brother lives in my town and he is not her biggest fan. I doubt that I could stand to be in the same room with her.

If she gets what most would have gotten for this offense it would be a slap on the wrist.

Sentencing guidelines call for 12-15 months I understand.

As long as they have minimum security prisons, that's where she will reside along with anyone else convicted of similar crimes. They won't build one for her. Not the most pleasant place in the world but a far cry from Sing Sing.

Of course there is still the appeal so who knows when or if she will start to serve the time. Based on what I have heard she has a really bad lawyer who thought he could get her off with a 15 minute defense.
