Read it for God's sake. Does the weird psychosexual crap sound like something Americans actually would do, or does it sound like something that Islamic psychos believe Americans do?

And he appears to be the only prisoner complaining about malnutrition problems, or have we conveniently forgotten all the stories about prisoners gaining weight?
