Probly not. Maybe Ed Wynn?
This is probably a really silly thing to waste time on, but I looked up a few of the guest stars. Cox's CV shows no film work. Burgess Meredith came to mind; no glasses. Ed Wynn maybe...glasses, approximate right age, film work (but no studio mentioned).
OTOH, the list of Twilight Zone guest stars seems endless. With no recurring characters, I would guess so. Good luck figuring it out if bowser doesn't bark. If I had endless time it might fun to do a network analysis on that list, and see how many degrees of separation there are between the TZ and everydamnthing else in Hollywood. Part of the fun watching it is to spot all the actors you've seen elsewhere.
