A small note on media bias
Kerry went snowboarding recently, and apparently wiped out a couple of times in the presence of reporters and photographers. I eagerly await the thousands of photos of him flat on his ass that would have been all over the papers if it had been Bush. Yeah, right.
This is how Reuters reported it:
It was his second day of snowboarding at this tiny resort, and pictures of the 60-ear-old war hero cutting an athletic figure were splashed across newspapers around the country on Friday.
No sucking up here, folks. But indeed, all the photos do indeed show the "war hero cutting an athletic figure." All of them.
Might be educational to see how many times the media routinely referred to Bob Dole or George H. W. Bush as "war heroes" during their presidential campaigns.
