well, you were careful to use 'on us soil' instead of 'on the US'. Although tehnically this just removes the USS Cole from the list of attacks under the Clinton administration. But since Embassys are considered US soil, you will have to count the attack on Nigeria, and you left out of course the first attack on the World Trade center.

And of course your careful wording leaves open domestric terrorism, like the Oklahoma city bombing. . . but I'm not going to hit you over the head with that just because I'm such a nice guy.
