Kerry always easily fooled

Kaku fooled him, now Bush fooled him. Remember the classic quote "I voted FOR the $87 million before I voted against it"? He's always claiming duplicity by someone else when caught in an abrupt reversal of opinion. I've said it before. Kerry is anti-space exploration excepting NSF style research grants to appease his bloated EDU lobby. No flight hardware for Kerry.
