Cool your jets. The biggest wag the dog complaints that I recall weren't about the Al Queda attacks but instead the bombing in Yugoslavia the day before his impeachment vote in Congress, as expressed in articles like this. Most people I know approved of the response to the embassy bombings, even if it didn't really accomplish much towards harming Al Queda.
