Do you feel that if Al Gore was president, the drug plant would not have moved overseas?

Is that the best you can do? Wake up and smell the Starbucks, Tom - it's 2004, not 2000. But, if you must indulge in pointless "alternate history" exercises, thy this one on: If Bush's oil cronies and their fund-raising steam-roller hadn't crushed John McCain, would anything be the same now?
