Nick, I believe the left side, of the cut, it the â€˜crustâ€™ of the rock. It looks like they angled the RAT down to the right and cut deeper. I believe the deep blue right side is a deeper cut then the left side.

Also, the crust on the left looked raised to the right side.

On Earth, I have not encountered too many blue minerals. I wonder if this rock has a high concentration of Copper?
