INFLATION, welcome to the world or reality. Your green back right now will NOT be worth the same amount next week, next month, or the next day. These are not all time highs when adjusted for inflation. People need to wake up to the economical reality that over the long run, prices rise due to inflation. Adjust oil prices for inflation and you will be surprised to find that we are actually at the average oil price since the 1950's.
