You're clearly still living in the BDS era...

...where the poor liberals are rounded up by Blackwater mercenaries and taken away to Guantanamo, in the middle of the night, while the rich are dining on caviar, laughing. It didn't happen during Bush's second term, despite all the liberals with BDS guaranteeing us all it was imminent if Bus were re-elected.

A much more likely future is far worse than even your scenario. The real future is a US overrun by Mexico, just like California, and where Catholicism becomes the de facto State Religion, gays are again an anomaly and persecuted, Berkeley style liberalism is dead and no one on the new left knows who Feiffer is or cares about gay marriage, abortion rights or personal liberties. An America where all that matter is the handout, the food stamps and the free healthcare. When these things stop in the future transformation from 1st world to 2nd world nation, the violence will appear and the criminals, cartels, gangs and parasites will sweep to power or co-op the legal government at all levels.

The model is any South American nation that got derailed by socialism. Food shortages, a collapse in government services will lead to riots and revolution.

The "Corpornazi" state you envision can't be sustained when people have no money for products. Corporations only get rich when they have buyers for their goods and services. In a poor America that all but mirrors Mexico in demographics, all future sales will be overseas and the US will slide into decay. Businessmen with ideas will not create companies in the US - they will emigrate to other nations where taxes are low and opportunities are high.
