I have never played golf with my rock hammer but I have a good guess as to how it is played. I have used it on a lot of Texas Hill Country Limestone. I found it didn’t work to well with Llanite and other granites (Llanite is some very tough granite.). I don’t have any interesting rock hammer stories. I have used it to help me climb up steep slopes, but who hasn’t done that?
Right now, my rock hammer is packed away out of the reach of my 5 and 2 year old. After all its use, the pick side is still sharp.
