Hell, the US ROE are already so loose the Australians refused to follow them.
Be interested to read what pious minds on their high moral plane would suggest along the lines of WWII.
And maybe you forget, the US is over there, attacking them, under false pretenses, with the justifications having been lies. We're on their land. Where would you expect civilians to go? Maybe bring them over here so as to avoid our troops?
