The FBI is conducting approximately 70 full field investigations throughout the US that it considers Bin Ladin-related. CIA and the FBI are investigating a call to our Embassy in UAE in May saying that a group of Bin Ladin supporters was in the US planning attacks with explosives.

From this people are building a case that Bush all but knocked down the World Trade Center personally.
Crap, how many times has some rumor or intelligence bit almost identical to these phrases been fielded by the authorities and broadcast to America in the years since 9/11? Sometimes even raising the level of alert? Yet the slightest hint of increasing the power of the authorities to do something about it is usually met by unremitting opposition by all the same people currently bitching that Bush didn't do enough.
Everyone screaming that the FBI and CIA aren't doing enough, quiet down and let's see a show of hands. How many in favor of extending the Patriot Act?
And what information do you have that Bush and his people were clueless about these investigations until they appeared in this memo? Or that many of them might not have actually been instigated by his administration?
