After the disengagement, the Palestinians may take one of two courses.
1. Load the country to the brim with weapons such as artillery and rockets and continue to attack Israel with the obvious consequences of massive counterattack.
2. Start building up Palestine economically by eliminating violence and bringing back the tourist trade and other industry. The cessation of hostilities would bring the required capital into Palestine.
My bet: 100 to 1 on #1 above. Whoops, make that 1000 to 1.
