re: Why Hollywood won't make 911 or Iraq movies now
I usually write Science Fiction, but last year I started writing a story called September 10th. It is about the way we were before 9/11, and how we change. I didn’t get too far. I found it too painful to write. I only got about 50 pages done. I don’t know if I will pick it back up.
I use fictional characters and how they were before that day, and how they changed after. Some, of course, perish in the story. There are many hero’s.
9/11 could be a great story, if written right. I don’t know if I can do it.
