What would happen to the ISS?

I think any decision regarding the Shuttle has an impact upon the ISS, and the international agreements which go with it.

It seems that there are other countries with a lot of money invested who have not had the opportunity to use it yet>

Would the US have to pay them back? Should the US pay them back? Would that be a consideration on having more Shuttle flights?

I suspect it's not as simple as it looks from here.

Anyway, curious to know what you think would/could/should happen with that two-man tent in the sky.
