One thing for sure - the minute we leave Iraq, opposition to Israeli expansion will be the immediate position of the new government there - provided some way to end the Palestinian Israeli conflict is not found by then -

All of this has been so unnecssary - if Camp David had of continued on, and Israel not foiled it, or if Oslo had of continued forward, and Israel not stopped it -

I don't know where US national strength will be when this is done, but the only way out of this mess that I can see is a massive UN deployment to the West Bank and Gaza - the Palestianians assured that Israel will not grab what is left of their land, and Israel being assured of no new attacks -

If anyone else has any other realistic way out, I'd sure like to hear it -
