linking 101
at the very bottom left of the message there is an underlined word called Message URL. Right click on the words and push properties. That will give you the correct URL for the message. Cut, Paste, Post. It's that simple.

PS when using this method I ussually get a # sign at the end of the URL. If you get it too delete the #. Also don't forget to use quotes around the URL when linking.
