Personally, I don’t think either President Clinton, nor President Bush could have prevented 9/11, but of the two, Clinton had the most justification to go after Al Qaeda and Clinton had more Al Qaeda attacks against Americans on his watch, and Clinton had more time to prevent 9/11. If it was preventable, Clinton could have prevented it long before Bush came into office.

I don't blaim Clinton, nor Bush for 9/11, but since you keep going down this road remember this. Al Qaeda attacked the WTC in 1993. Who was President then? Who could have taken action back then? It wasn't President Bush. President Bush did take action When Al Qaeda attacked America on his watch. There is the big difference. One took action, the other did not. Swallow that.
