But the UN was proving a negative. Even with US "intelligence" not being a help. Because the US didn't want to give up secret sources. And later in spite of US intelligence. Because they weren't there.
AND, when Saddam had 'em, in the First Gulf War, he didn't use them.
What is the implication of that? When he had them, he didn't use them.
And later he didn't have them.
But there are a lot of people dead.
