If it's not Saddam, it's Clinton.

Rumsfeld DID refute the Geneva Convention, which HAS lead to the US torturing prisoners, etc., etc., etc.

Bill Clinton hasn't been President for a while, Cohen hasn't been SecDef for a while.

It's bad when one has to say that anyone would have done that, or been worse, or whatever.
