This is a comment, not on Kerry's service one way or the other, but on the hypocrisy of the media and others.

This site has been up for some time. There was a press conference. This letter was written, and signed by more than a few veterans.

The news of this has been almost completely suppressed in the mainstream media, except for some snide articles pointing out that some of these people are Republicans, and that therefore their opinions have no importance.

When it was pointed out that some of the 9/11 widows protesting 9/11 footage in Bush ads were not just Democrats, but Democratic activists, the response was outrage that anyone could possibly assign political motivations to this.

So it goes.

Try and imagine how a letter saying Bush should not be President, signed by 200 Alabama Guardsmen, would be received by the same media.

It's not so bad that much of the media are craven buttmonkeys of the Democratic Party. What's irritating is that they pretend not to be.
